The Eta Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is honored to host the 7th District’s 88th Annual District Meeting in Orlando, Florida! Alongside our co-hosting chapters, Chi Tau and Omega Beta Beta, we are thrilled to welcome over 2,000 brothers for what promises to be the most monumental gathering in the 7th District history.

As excitement builds, we want to encourage you to register early! The first 250 brothers from each state will automatically be entered into a raffle for an exclusive prize – complimentary hotel stay and meeting registration, courtesy of Eta Nu Chapter. 88^th Seventh District Meeting Registration Summary

We are excited to announce that online registration for the 88th Seventh District Meeting is now open! This year’s event promises to be memorable, and we encourage all brothers to register early to secure your participation and avoid any last-minute issues.

Key Details:

Registration Deadline: Online registration closes March 15, 2025, at midnight EST. There will be NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION for this year’s event.
Delegate Form 36D: This form must be submitted online by March 1, 2025, at midnight through the Credentialing Link provided to your Chapter KRS. Please do not send the form to the DKRS.

Registration Package: Your registration fee includes:

Souvenir gift bag (not guaranteed for registrations after February 28, 2025, at midnight)
Ticket to the Undergraduate Luncheon
Ticket to the Life Membership Luncheon
Ticket to the Founders’ Banquet
Access to the March Down Competition

Please note that hotel reservation details will be emailed only to those who have completed their registration.

Important: All brothers are required to register and pay the appropriate fees to participate in all aspects of the meeting. To receive the Seventh District Meeting gift, you must be registered and present at the event.

Brothers that register after February 28, 2025, at midnight are not guaranteed a Seventh District Meeting gift. Brothers must be registered and present to receive their Seventh District Meeting gift. All brothers are required to register for the 88^thSeventh District Meeting 2025 and pay the appropriate fees in order to participate in all aspects of the meeting.

NOTE: The Delegate Form 36D must be completed by March 1,2025, at midnight; this form can only be accessed ONLINE via the Seventh District registration portal, utilizing the Credentialing Link provided to the Chapter KRS. PLEASE DO NOT SEND TO DKRS.

Again, a reminder that Registration closes midnight March 15, 2025.

**Refund Processing: No refunds will be processed until 30 days after the district meeting. Instructions and rules for requesting a refund will be announced at a later date.

**Fee Assessment: Per the 7th District Bylaws (Article VI, Section 3, page 14), "All Delegates shall be assessed the same fee."

**MSP Brothers registering are required to pay the difference between regular registration and the amount paid in MSP: Graduate: $200.00-$135.00=$65.00 and Undergraduate: $125.00-$110.00=$15.00

MSP NOTE: MSP fee categories only apply to brothers who were initiated after the 87^th Seventh District Meeting 2024 and before February 28, 2025. MSP Brothers must still officially register for the District Meeting to be a participant, even if taking advantage of the prepaid rate.
