 Brothers of Omega, 

It is my distinct honor and profound privilege, as District Marshal, to extend a heartfelt welcome to each of you attending the 89th Seventh District Meeting of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. From Thursday, March 26 through Sunday, March 29, we will gather in Atlanta, Georgia, for what promises to be a truly historic moment in the life of the Mighty Seventh District—the largest, most dynamic, and most impactful district in all of Omega. 

This year, we celebrate a record-breaking number of registered members, an achievement that speaks directly to the unmatched strength, unity, and devotion of the Seventh District. Our Brothers across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi continue to set the standard for excellence, leadership, and service within this Fraternity. Your commitment is the driving force that propels our District forward and solidifies its place as the heartbeat of Omega. 

This pivotal gathering is made possible by the unwavering leadership of the Seventh District Administration and the tireless dedication of our host chapters, Chi Gamma Gamma and Alpha Delta Nu. The Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel and Convention Center will serve as our headquarters—a fitting environment for conducting the critical business of the Seventh District and advancing the mission of Omega Psi Phi. 

As we convene, let us center ourselves in the ideals that have long defined the Seventh District: service, scholarship, community engagement, and the unbreakable bonds of Brotherhood. I urge every Brother to be fully present, fully engaged, and fully committed as we work together to strengthen our District and uplift the communities we serve. 

I am confident that, through the collective power of the Seventh District, this gathering will stand as one of the most impactful District Meetings in our history—one that will inspire, energize, and propel us for years to come.

REGISTRATION & FEE STRUCTURE

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be processed until 30 days after the close of the 89th District Meeting and must be requested via email with the original receipt.

All brothers must register and pay required fees to participate. MSP brothers must also register, even when their rate is free.

REGISTRATION SUMMARY

Online registration for the 89th Seventh District Meeting is now open at

www.omegapsiphi7d.com under Programs and Events. Registration closes March 15, 2026 at midnight EST. There will be NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

Hotel reservation information will be sent only to officially registered brothers. Registration includes:

• Meeting Credentials
• Souvenir Gift
• Founders’ Banquet, Life Membership and Ronald McNair Undergraduate Luncheon Tickets
• March Down Competition Ticket
• Quiz Bowl Ticket

Disclaimer** Brothers registering after February 28, 2026 (Late Registration) are not guaranteed a Seventh District Meeting gift and must be registered and present to receive it.

Delegate Information – Form 36D

The Delegate Form 36D must be completed no later than March 3, 2026 at midnight via the Seventh District registration portal. Use the Credentialing Link provided to your Chapter KRS. PLEASE DO NOT SEND TO THE DKRS.

MSP Registration Notes (Final)

MSP-qualified Brothers will only incur a fee if they register during the Late Registration window.

• Graduate MSP Late Registration Fee: $60.00
• Undergraduate MSP Late Registration Fee: $15.00

Brothers who register during:

• Early Bird Registration: No Fee
• Regular Registration: No Fee

MSP Brothers have already met the required registration credit through their Membership Selection Process and MUST still officially register for the 89th District Meeting to participate.

MSP Eligibility

MSP fee categories apply only to brothers initiated after the 88th Seventh District Meeting (2025) specifically from March 31, 2025 through November 24, 2025 and before February 28, 2026.
